Kim is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about working with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and returning to the workplace following psychological injury. Kim’s experience and interest is primarily with adult clients (18+).

Kim’s approach to treatment is warm, person-centred and collaborative. She believes that therapy should be tailored to the needs of each client. Kim works from an evidence-based therapeutic approach and uses different modalities as appropriate: Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprograming (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness and Meditation.

Kim completed her honours psychology degree and Clinical Masters at the Australian National University. While raising children she worked in the Public Service (Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and Social Services). Her clinical experience is in government  (inpatient,
outpatient, and community services) and over ten years in private practice.
