LOCATION OF CLINIC
Our premises are in George Turner House, 11 McKay Gardens, Turner. The building is two-storey with a red-tiled roof, next to the former Police and Citizens Youth Centre (PCYC) site. Canberra Psychology Clinic can be found upstairs in Suite 11, towards the rear of the building and please note there is no lift in our building.
The closest bus stop is in Marcus Clarke St, a short distance from Barry Drive. For motorists, there are 2-hour parking meters available in both McKay Gardens and McKay Lane (behind the building) $3 provides 1 hour of parking. There is also pay parking in Watson St. Please note, that the meters do not accept 50c coins.
RECEPTION HOURS
Our reception hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday’s, 9am-1pm. Whilst we make every effort to respond promptly to messages, please be aware that we may not be able to return your call on the same day.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
It is advisable to arrive a few minutes early for your initial appointment to allow time to complete administrative forms.
A session usually runs between 50 and 60 minutes. Including administration and re-booking, you will need to allow up to 75 minutes for each appointment.
